The Role at a Glance
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant II to join the Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and contribute to the smooth operation of the office. What you'll be doing
- Managing and maintaining Vice Presidents’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating and organizing office operations and procedures.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Assisting in the preparation of meeting materials and agendas.
- Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Serving as back up for Executive Assistant.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Vice President(s).
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
- Planning and coordinating special events as needed.
- Organizing and maintaining assigned Vice President(s) correspondence and records, following up on pending matters as needed.
- Sorting, reviewing, and distributing assigned Vice President(s) mail.
- Entering assigned Vice President(s) expenses reports into appropriate systems.
- Processing invoices for prompt payment as needed.
- Ordering supplies and coordinating routine maintenance and repairs to office equipment as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for
- Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 2-3+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

The pay range for this position is $29.05 - $38.74 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
