They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li> <li>Location: Chicago, IL (within a 40-60 mile radius)</li> <li>This position is full time, 37.5 / hours a week</li> <li>Compensation: $28 - $30 hourly, based on experience, qualifications, and skills</li> <li>You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution for Ferrara Candy Company.</li> <li>Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low.</li> <li>This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.</li> <li>This position requires you to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day</li> <li>You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.</li> <li>This is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Paid drive time</li> <li>Monthly phone stipend</li> <li>Steady and consistent scheduled working hours with available route flexibility</li> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Company sponsored life insurance</li> <li>PTO and sick days</li> <li>Two paid volunteer days per year</li> <li>401k with company match</li&
