As a Senior Software Engineer within PNC's Asset Management organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot microservices, Angular/React, and relational databases
• Build and deploy scalable microservices and micro applications on Kubernetes / OpenShift (OCP)
• Develop modern frontend solutions, including micro frontends and module federation
• Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases to support transactional and analytical workloads
• Design and integrate REST and SOAP APIs for internal and third-party systems
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Perform hands-on unit testing and functional testing to ensure application reliability
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and global teams in an Agile environment
• Act as a team player and contribute to collaboration and innovation
• Take ownership of deliverables and proactively add value
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack software engineer
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot microservices, and Angular/React
• Experience with micro applications and distributed systems
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases
• Proven experience in API design (REST & SOAP)
• Hands-on unit and functional testing experience
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Git)
• Agile methodology experience
• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes/OpenShift, containers
• Strong ownership mindset and value-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills
