Our ambition is to grow our team to maintain our position as the world’s number one security lab, on both quality and quantity levels.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a Senior Project administrator, for our office in Delft, with responsibility for project administration.</p><p>Preparing, reporting, financial execution, analyzing and day to day support regarding project administration (order intake, invoicing, and budget controlling) will be your major tasks. For all our national and international locations, you will be maintaining all project contracts and you will control and execute group transactions.</p><p>You will be reporting to our Business and Finance controller.</p><ul><li>Responsible for Project administration for multiple locations.</li><li>Prepare financial project results including WIP, UBR and deferred revenue calculation.</li><li>Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly project progress calculation analysis and KPI’s.</li><li>Monitoring the operational financial performance of projects.</li><li>Provide day to day support regarding project administration, e.g., order intake, invoicing and project budget controlling.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of project bookings &amp; records and schedules for payment ensuring.</li><li>Provide feedback for Accounts receivables.</li><li>Support with internal and external audits regarding Projects &amp; accounting.</li><li>Support implementation and maintaining ERP system and assists in the implementation of policies if and where needed.</li><li>You may carry out ad-hoc analyses &amp; profitability calculations or related requests.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Education in Accounting, Finance or Economics (preferably high level)</li><li>Finance &amp; accounting experience is a must.</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles or broad knowledge in project business.</li><li>Good or advance knowledge of Excel.</li><li>Skills: analysis ability, accuracy, good communication and interaction ability.</li><li>Tools: Experience with ERP (ideally IONBIZ) would be an advantage.</li><li>Languages: Perfect command of English and preferably Dutch.</li><li>Willing to work in a small team mainly at the office.</li><li>Ability to be independent, multitasking and results-oriented with a hands-on attitude in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Willing to work in a small team.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>SGS Brightsight provides a very good training program, from the basics to expert level We offer a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development We offer a competitive salary package based on the candidate.</p><p>At SGS Brightsight you will:</p><ul><li>Be part of a multicultural team with highly motivated colleagues from all over the world</li><li>Work for the recognized global leader in security evaluations</li><li>Work with all major developers on their latest innovations</li><li>Enjoy an informal and intellectually challenging work environment.</li></ul>
