Location – onsite/hybrid:  There may be occasional local day travel to Company Divisions. 

Hours: Monday through, hours will typically range from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm and may be subject to change

What you’ll do:  

The Clinical Lead will be assisting the physician assigned on their clinic days, duties include but are not limited to, oversight of chart prep, assisting/directing medical assistants and obtaining necessary information needed for physicians.  When not on the floor with the Physician’s team, the Clinical Lead will report to and be an integral part of the Clinic Leadership team.  

Responsibilities/Duties:  



Act as a Patient Navigator to assigned team or as float when required.   





Schedule new/established patients by request of physicians/physician assistants  





Assist with administrative duties.  





Oversight of chart prep prior to patient arrival.  





Verify the patients’ medical record is complete and accurate.  





Assist providers in treatment of patients by obtaining histories and vitals, preparing injections, setting up sterile fields, suture/staple removal, dressing changes and any on site needs of the patient.   





Process and fulfill physician approved prescriptions requests.  





Send referrals to specialists and pain centers as directed by physician.  





Assist providers with completion of their notes within 24 hours of clinic as needed.  





Assist in the training of new hires on an as needed basis and be an on-site resource for the Patient Navigators and Medical Assistants.  





Ability to quality assure the teams' performance on the clinic floor.  





Remain accountable and follow through on all commitments made to patients.  





Facilitating Clinical Lead duties within the clinic and office.  





Advise the team of any employee performance issues.  





Ensure that non-serious and serious adverse events are properly documented and reported.  





Compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations  





Other duties may be assigned, as necessary

High School Diploma or equivalent  





Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.  





Experience with Electronic Medical Records
