In this role, you will leverage your expertise in project management and domain knowledge to deliver impactful IT solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

As a senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion. Your ability to align technology with business goals will play a key role in enabling the organization to meet its procurement and supply chain objectives. As a leader on our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions.

You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. What You’ll Work On:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects in the procurement and supply chain domain, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Facilitate communication across technical and business teams, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and progress.

• Manage risks and issues, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks to maintain project momentum.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including procurement policies, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide regular status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.

You Have:

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or ServiceNow

• Experience with supply chain platforms and enterprise procurement systems, including SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement

• Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and IT systems

• Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and analytics within procurement and supply chain contexts

• Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels

• Ability to deliver practical, user-centric solutions using analytical and problem-solving skills

• Project Management Certification such as PMP Certification

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in project management, leading large-scale IT projects in the procurement and supply chain domain, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience in project management, leading large-scale IT projects in the procurement and supply chain domain

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in federal government contracting or a highly regulated industry

• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI or machine learning in the procurement and supply chain space

• Experience driving digital transformation projects

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Possession of excellent organizational skills

• Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Agile Certification such as Certified Scrum Master
