This role combines technical leadership, hands\-on engineering expertise, and cross\-functional collaboration to ensure high\-quality, compliant, and manufacturable solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Senior Electronics Development Engineer&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Our client is an international organization developing innovative technology\-based products within a highly regulated environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>They are recognized for their commitment to quality, engineering excellence, and continuous product innovation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Description&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Lead the definition and evolution of electronic product specifications.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Drive hardware architecture decisions and technical design reviews.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Review electronic schematics and PCB layouts for performance, EMC, and electrical safety compliance.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Define and improve firmware specifications and contribute to embedded C/C\+\+ development activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Translate product requirements into verification and validation strategies.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Develop test plans, methodologies, and acceptance criteria.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Execute and oversee verification and validation activities in compliance with quality management processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Lead PCBA transfer and industrialization projects with internal teams and external suppliers.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Manage supplier collaboration and support quality process implementation for electronic assemblies.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Define electronics manufacturing and test strategies, including ICT and FCT solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Identify technical risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve complex engineering challenges.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Coordinate stakeholders across R\&amp;D, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Service, and Product Management to ensure successful project delivery.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Profile&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>University degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic product development.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Strong background in hardware, firmware, and system\-level design.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Experience developing products from concept through market launch in regulated environments.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Solid knowledge of verification and validation methodologies.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Proven expertise in electrical safety and EMC standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Experience leading electronics industrialization and PCBA transfer activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Knowledge of supplier quality management and electronics manufacturing processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Familiarity with embedded firmware development in C/C\+\+.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent communication skills in multicultural and cross\-functional environments.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Fluent English; additional languages are considered an asset.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Job Offer&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Opportunity to lead complex and high\-impact electronic development projects from concept to production.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Collaborative international environment with exposure to multidisciplinary engineering teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Challenging technical role offering autonomy, visibility, and long\-term professional growth. jpid82b01f8jm jpit0729jm jpiy26jm
