We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team, focusing specifically on auditing and reviewing casino specific reports

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

• Assist in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with internal Airfare and Allowance policies
• Prepare weekly and monthly casino related reports including analyzing data
• Maintain organized records and documentation of audit findings and resolutions
• Prepare discount support schedules that will be distributed to senior leadership
• Assist in creating weekly and monthly reports summarizing Casino Host performance results.
• Prepare monthly commission reports for hosts.
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
• Update and prepare daily operating and miscellaneous casino reports for management and/or corporate.
• Additional related duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business administration or equivalent work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work at a desk, on a computer, and with standard office equipment for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, in both oral and written forms
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial reports to team members and/or management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
