THE JOB:
As a Hotel Dispatcher, you'll be the friendly face that sets the stage for an amazing guest experience! With your welcoming smile and exceptional service, you'll connect with guests and create memories that they'll cherish long after their stay.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Receive transportation requests via phone or email from casino host team, entertainment manager or internal executive requests
Monitor and Review logistics for trip from time to arrive at location, traffic alerts, city event impacts
Dispatch trip information to Limo Services drivers for execution
Log and Track vehicle maintenance and mileage for record keeping purposes
Greet guests upon arrival as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
6+ Months of Guest service Experience
6+ Months of experience handling multiple phone lines
Previous transportation Dispatcher experience (Preferred)

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$17.64Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
