Description
This is a full-time, benefited position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is located at Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo, but travel to other sites may be required as needed.

What you'll do:
- Rooming patients, checking vitals, assisting with procedures
- EKGs
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Collecting patient data in person and by phone
- Stocking and reorganizing supplies
- Ordering supplies
- Check in with patients throughout their appointment to ensure they are comfortable for their chemo treatment
Qualifications
Required Certification/Registration:
- Completion of a formal Medical Assistant Program OR hold a Medical Assistant Certification OR have a minimum of two years of experience as a military corpsman
- BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience working as Medical Assistant
- Hematology or oncology experience
