Global Key Account Manager (Industry / Logistics)

Your job

You will join our Global Key Account and End User Sales team, focusing on significant and recurring business opportunities. Your role will revolve around managing and expanding accounts within the Industry and Logistics application, handling complex RFPs, and coordinating international projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Account Development: Lead the development of new key accounts and maintain existing
• Project Scoping: Define the project scope, set milestones, and establish clear objectives based on stakeholder needs and tender documents.
• Resource Coordination: Align internal and external resources and lead the local key account manager and bid team during the tender process (Key account manager, lighting designers, back office etc.)
• Task Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee tasks, ensuring timely progress and adherence to project deadlines
• Pricing Leadership: Leading in price of commercial request and preparation of the final quotations in collaboration with the head of the application (Industry), including the assignment of a (bid) team

Your profile

• Key Account Management or Sales experience in international industry
• IT knowledge: experienced in working with a Salesforce, ERP system (e.g. SAP), Microsoft Office.
• Language requirements: Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory; German or French are advantages.
• Self-Driven Intelligence: Bring creativity, intelligence, and a proactive mindset to achieve success through smart and effective approaches.
• International Availability: Be open and prepared to travel internationally to support global initiatives and projects.
