The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. Dental Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and reception area, including greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
• Oversee patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
• Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all office policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
• Manage office finances, including billing and collections
• Supervise and train office staff as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements

1-2 years management experience in medical field, preferably dental

1-2 years dental insurance experience
