Job Description:

The Lead ERP Specialist is a critical role within the Finance department, supporting the realization of Dimensional’s financial systems strategy through the translation of business requirements to technical solutions. This role will be critical to supporting the realization of the Company’s financial systems strategy through the execution of various projects, while supporting the maintenance of the Oracle Cloud ERP infrastructure on a day-to-day basis. This individual will be primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of Oracle Cloud updates, as well as the resolution of technical issues that are encountered in the normal course of operations.

In addition, this position will assume increasing responsibility for the design and implementation of financial systems integrations through the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, with an emphasis on business analysis and combining data from multiple sources in a unified data model.  

The position will implement key Corporate Finance processes through collaboration with both business and functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day administrative direction and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial system applications, including general production support activities (eg granting permissions, security controls and access, chart of accounts maintenance, etc.)

  • Responsible for the maintenance, training and testing of upgrades to the Oracle Cloud ERP module, as well as other financial systems.

  • Execution of changes to the Oracle Cloud ERP configuration, development of Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence Reports (OTBI) and integration support.

  • Support the design, development, maintenance and production support of integrations processed through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with Oracle ERP Cloud, EPM Cloud and other third party applications.

  • Collaboration with various departments to ensure the effective utilization of the Oracle Cloud ERP in support of business processes.

  • Deliver a combination of process and Oracle Cloud technology expertise to meet functional requirements with an emphasis on automation and data integrity.

  • Day-to-Day management and production support for multiple Oracle Cloud ERP modules and OIC integrations.

  • Supports the Financial Systems and Finance department through the design and adoption of standard operating procedures and best practices.  Drives to continuous business/process improvement and efficiency.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with end- users of Oracle Cloud and other financial systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a field such as Computer Science or Accounting and Finance.

  • Experience with the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP financials and integration modules (Oracle Integration Cloud)

  • Strong cross- functional knowledge and technical expertise in some or all of the following Oracle ERP Application Modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Leases, General Ledger, with basic underlying understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure- to- Pay processes.
