What awaits you:

Electrical System Design & Infrastructure

·       Design, specify, and oversee implementation of facility electrical distribution systems (e.g., 13.8kV / 7.2kV medium voltage and 480V low voltage systems).

·       Develop single-line diagrams, load studies, and coordination studies to ensure system capacity, selectivity, and reliability.

·       Specify and support installation of transformers, switchgear, MCCs, panelboards, and associated protection systems.

·       Ensure proper grounding, bonding, and power quality (harmonics, voltage stability, etc.).

Operations Support & Troubleshooting

·       Provide advanced electrical engineering support to maintenance and operations teams during equipment failures and system disturbances.

·       Perform root cause analysis on electrical failures, including power interruptions, equipment faults, and system instability.

·       Support troubleshooting of critical production equipment tied to facility electrical systems.

·       Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of electrical failures.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

·       Establish and optimize preventive maintenance programs for electrical infrastructure (transformers, breakers, relays, cables).

·       Develop testing programs including thermography, insulation resistance testing, relay testing, and power quality monitoring.

·       Analyze maintenance data to identify failure trends and proactively address risks.

·       Support lifecycle management and replacement planning for electrical assets.
