Job Summary:

The Senior Revenue Accountant is responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and reports including management reports with a primary focus in revenue recognition and reporting. The incumbent will review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.

Month-End Close

• Prepares and/or supports the preparation of monthly journal entries, consolidating entries and month-end analyses in the area of revenue recognition.
• Responsible for various exhibits and commentary required for reports issued to management, outside Directors, 3rd Parties, and government agencies.
• Prepares and reviews sales transactions, analyses and various account balances and maintains files of supporting documentation.
• Reviews sales legal agreements to support proper execution revenue recognition.

Projects/Ad-Hoc Tasks

• Prepares ad-hoc financial information requests and analysis.  Exhibits ownership on such analyses and works to identify trends and variances for unus
