PM Server

Job Summary
The Glasbern Inn is seeking a skilled and hospitable professional server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

General Duties:

• Develop and maintain relationships with guests to constantly build upon our repeat customer base.
• Continuously develop knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, and flavor profiles to deliver exceptional drink experiences.
• Respond to guest comments and criticism in a constructive and positive manner as an opportunity to build sales.
• Always communicate to management any guest issues.
• Maintain constant communication with management about any new or unavailable products and information related to drinks, wines and beers as well as any other relevant information to ensure efficient operation of the bar.
• Ensure a safe, clean and secure work and dining environment for coworkers and guests. Constantly work towards improving cleanliness
• Maintains professional appearance standards as directed in Employee Handbook.
• Perform others duties as assigned by ownership.
• Is friendly, welcoming, enjoys customer interaction, and works best in a team environment.
• Must have serving experience. Fine dining preferred.
• Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred. 
• Understand and communicate in English. 
• Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends. 
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching and use of cleaning chemicals.
