The Plymouth Nathan Lane site is looking for a Quality Technician that will be responsible for helping to support production and associated activities. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and self-sufficient. This role will succeed with someone who is able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve the goals of the Nathan Lane production location.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Performs analyses, inspection, and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements, and tolerance specifications for the chemical or physical property.

• Performs a variety of qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples, and to aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance.

• Performs required inspections, checks, analysis and documentation of studies.

• Prepares and monitors quality statistics and reports.

• Reviews production records for conformance to procedures.

• Conducts non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged, or tested product.

• Prepare and write reports along with Engineering counterparts.

• Partner and assist in the resolution of incidents within Operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous medical device manufacturing experience.

• Previous manufacturing experience in relevant discipline.

• Previous Regulatory Standard experience such as ISO13485 or ISO9001.

• Working knowledge of SAP suite or other planning systems.

• Ability to generate customer value - Listening, understanding, anticipating, and solving problems.

• Software skills including MS Office (Excel and Power BI focus).

• Prioritize and balance workload of multiple project assignments based on business and functional objectives.

• Strong planning and execution skills.

• Strong communication skills (written and oral).

• Associate's Degree in relevant discipline.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

• Requires minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$60,800.00 - $91,200.00
