Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver parts and accessories
- Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity
- Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have at least 6 months of driving experience
- Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
- Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass DOT physical examination
Essential Job Duties:
- Solicit new and existing customers daily and promote and sell the Company’s products to customers.
- Develop relationships with and provide service to existing customers that ensure customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Identify potential new customers and solicit business from the same.
- Be familiar with the Company’s product literature and be able to convey product information and availability to customers to ensure the growth of both revenue and the number of customers along the route and/or within the territory.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Operate Company vehicle in a safe, courteous and responsible manner with a valid driver’s license.
- Deliver products to Customers along the assigned route.
- Verify parts delivered to customers and obtain the signature of the customer confirming accuracy.
- Protect company assets by diligently performing all duties in a safe manner, including safely handling products delivered and payments collecte
