What You’ll Do:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and labor allocation.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with Planning, Sales, and Production teams
Conduct fork truck safety audits and lead warehouse safety initiatives.
Monitor receiving, staging, and storage processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Generate and verify Bills of Lading and manifests for outbound shipments, including FedEx and international orders.
Ensure proper handling and documentation for hazardous materials and international shipments.
Resolve discrepancies with accounting on invoices, packing slips, and receiving reports.
Manage dunnage flow, sorting, and inventory in line with production requirements.
Oversee equipment maintenance and preventive service schedules for fork trucks and warehouse tools.
Support Continuous Improvement, 5S, sanitation, and safety initiatives.
We Need You To Have:
High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory management.
3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and material handling best practices.
Familiar with JD Edwards, AS400, or similar ERP systems.
APICS certification or knowledge of forecasting and production modeling preferred.
Effective communicator with strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with production, planning, and quality teams.
