RESTAURANT MANAGER | Duke’s Steakhouse – Legends Bay Casino

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to guide our front-of-house team, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, direct, and delegate tasks to the Duke’s Steakhouse Front of House team to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Convey positive energy and enthusiasm focused on guest interaction; promptly address and resolve service issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relations skills and actively promote Duke’s Steakhouse and Legends Bay Casino.
• Collaborate as a team player by assisting the team with their duties as needed.
• Create effective schedules to ensure excellent levels of service.
• Interview, hire, and train new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years’ supervisory experience.
• Minimum of four years’ experience working in a fine dining establishment.

Additional Requirements:

• General knowledge of fine dining food preparation, presentation and serving procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of fine wines, wine pairings, and wine service procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service. 
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime
