What you'll do:
- Brainstorm and create engaging activities for the internship program.
- Gather and analyze feedback and research to identify trends and to evaluate the effectiveness of various HR programs.
- Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the 2027 internship program while ensuring the strategy aligns with the company’s goals.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced HR professionals to manage communications, training, and engagement efforts.
- Leverage technology to enhance HR practices and streamline operations.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of company initiatives.
- Share innovative ideas to improve our processes and drive efficiency.
