<p><b>Job Requisition ID #</b></p>25WD91988<p></p><p></p><p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p></p><p>The Enterprise Identity Services team within Autodesk’s Enterprise Security and Compliance organization provides innovative solutions to support Autodesk workers around the globe—wherever they may be.</p><p>Enterprise Identity Services has an opening for a Senior Manager to work cross-functionally with different Identity domain areas namely Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-factor authentication (MFA), Enterprise Verifiable Credentials and Directory services to drive progress towards goals. As a Senior Manager you will be point person for driving various Identity initiatives including but not limited to Employee Experience and Security.</p><p>You will be working in close collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to offer best in class and secure user experience for Autodesk workers.</p><p>Our engineering culture will empower you to make effective decisions, work collaboratively, and take accountability for engineering projects at the core of the company.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><i>Strategic Leadership</i></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Identity Services strategy, including roadmap for technology upgrades, process improvements, and compliance with industry regulations</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with key stakeholders across IT, business units, and security teams to identify and prioritize IAM requirements</p></li><li><p>Define and implement policies and procedures for user identity lifecycle management, access controls, and privilege management</p></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><p><i>Technical Oversight</i></p><ul><li><p>Manage the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IAM platforms and tools (e.g., Single Sign-On, Identity Governance Administration, Provisioning, Multi-Factor Authentication)</p></li><li><p>Ensure integration of IAM systems with existing enterprise infrastructure and applications</p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyze IAM system performance, identifying and addressing potential security risks and performance bottlenecks</p></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><p><i>Team Management</i></p><ul><li><p>Lead and mentor a team of IAM specialists and managers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities</p></li><li><p>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IAM team</p></li><li><p>Delegate tasks effectively and manage team workload to meet project deadlines</p></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><p><i>Stakeholder and Vendor Engagement</i></p><ul><li><p>Establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders, vendors understanding their specific access requirements and communicating IAM policies clearly</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify and address potential business impacts of IAM changes</p></li><li><p>Provide regular updates and reports on IAM status to senior management</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b>​</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent)</p></li><li><p>10+ years of experience leading complex Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) projects, including implementation, upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration</p></li><li><p>5+ years of managing technical teams across geographies, with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Deep expertise in IAM principles (authentication, authorization, provisioning, de-provisioning, and user verification)</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms such as SailPoint IdentityNow, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory</p></li><li><p>Strong technical knowledge in SSO, MFA, directory services, and compliance frameworks</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills; able to manage conflict and build consensus</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset, with ability to adapt in fast-paced, ambiguous environments</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Relevant certifications like CISM, CISSP, or IAM related credentials are preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>#LI-IS1</p><p></p><p></p><p><span><b><b>Learn More</b></b></span></p><p></p><p><b><span>About Autodesk</span></b></p><p><span>Welcome to Autodesk!
