Overview
The successful candidate will provide IT support services on a corporate wide basis. Services
provided involve implementing and integrating information technology solutions that meet
business needs and support long term goals.
Functional Description
Computer support relating to software hardware and communications reported by users. Serves as the first point of contact for IT related help desk calls Provides support for IT help desk. Diagnoses and Troubleshoots problems. Routinely maintains hardware including PC's, printers, networking equipment and telephones. Handles help desk service to employees company wide. Participates in studies and recommendations regarding hardware or software. Moves equipment as needed. Maintains laptops, desktops, virtual and physical servers, applications, and connections. Corporate applications support. Maintains servers and server data and backups. Maintains and supports security cameras, door and plan access controls, public address system and other duties associated with the IT department.Training/Education Required
Associates Degree in computer related field; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
3 – 5 years’ experience in IT and systems related fields

Qualifications/Requirements
Ability to work in a high pressure environment. A very high level of understanding of PC file organization and inter system data flow. Strong working knowledge of servers, computer system installation, peripherals, etc. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service skills, including timely response to customer inquiries or complaints. Must be a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills essential for day to day operations. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Safety Requirements
Shall report all injuries/illnesses to their supervisor that occur at work, the day of the incident.
Shall report any unsafe conditions that are identified in their respective work area to their supervisor.
Shall comply with all CAF USA safety policies, procedures, and requirements that are communicated to them, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.
Shall wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that is communicated and supplied to them.
Shall keep their respective work area clean and orderly at all times.
Shall attend all CAF USA required training as soon as possible before the start of their assigned wo
Shall NOT operate any CAF USA equipment (forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts) until certified to do so.
