Software Engineering Technical Lead

Job Duties 

• Spearhead the strategic use and implementation of cutting-edge technology to craft solutions that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.
• Develop robust, scalable, and multi-tier SaaS applications, with a strong emphasis on web-based and mobile-based clients, utilizing the Microsoft technology stack (VS 201X /.NET 4.X / C# / JavaScript).
• Lead an Agile team, applying Agile and SAFe methodologies to consistently deliver top-notch products on time while prioritizing performance and localization requirements.
• Act as a guiding force, providing mentorship and career development support to team developers and QA professionals, offering daily guidance and direction.
• Create, test, and deliver intricate frameworks and systems, adeptly diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Develop applications leveraging the potential of Hybrid Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Foster innovative approaches and solutions, challenging the status quo to resolve complex challenges. Take the lead in conducting thorough code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices. Carefully select and implement development tools while harmonizing technical standards within the development team.
• Grasp the significance of technology usage and its profound impact on strategic business goals.
• Engage in continuous technical research to enhance the development environment and promote best practices.
• May telecommute. Commutability to the office required.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Software Development or related field
• 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Technical lead related occupation 

Job location – Plano, TX
Salary - $146,660.06 per year
