Overview:

The Sr. Logistics Production Associate will support the sourcing team and global partners in tracking and updating account status. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Prioritize customer orders to support each factory’s capacity    
• Partner with overseas offices to update the system on all upcoming shipments    
• Communicate all delivery delays to the sales team and make sure the system is updated accordingly    
• Work with management on all air requests    
• Review all USA bookings to establish priorities for assigning containers    
• Plan and prioritize customer orders to support each factory’s capacity    
• Support the Sourcing and Sales teams with tracking orders    
• Communicate all invoices with the import department    
• Communicate all shortages and overages    
• Special projects as assigned    

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities/Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade or Business, Fashion Merchandising or related field
• 2+ years' experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management (within the fashion industry a plus)
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative 
• Proven ability to work with international business partner to drive results
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
