Cleerly is creating a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions with the goal of helping prevent heart attacks. Our technology goes beyond traditional measures of heart disease by enabling comprehensive quantification and characterization of atherosclerosis, or plaque buildup, in each of the heart arteries. Cleerly’s solutions are supported by more than a decade of performing some of the world’s largest clinical trials to identify important findings beyond symptoms that increase a person’s risk of heart attacks.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the COO, the VP, Client Services will manage Cleerly’s Implementation Consultants, Client Success Managers and the Client Support team to ensure a first-class experience for our clients. You will be highly engaged cross-functionally (interacting with Executive, Sales, Product, Clinical, Operations, Finance on a regular basis). You will serve as the main point of contact for large, enterprise clients.
About the Team
This team of implementation consultants, client support specialists and client success experts will partner closely with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders to implement Cleerly technology solutions and ensure that we are providing a first-class experience for our Clients.
Responsibilities
- Set Client Services strategy to align with business objectives and commercial goals to enable growth, customer satisfaction, and client loyalty.
- Collaborate and strategically align with cross functional stakeholders
- Update and streamline Implementation processes to enable quick adoption and ensure client satisfaction.
- Drive excellence in client support and ensure outstanding client experience, support, and issue resolution.
- Deliver best practices for Patient Care Coordination and collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure efficient processes
- Define, manage and report out on departmental metrics, goals, OKRs and KPIs.
- Ensure best-in-class client experience for new and existing clients.
- Responsible for compliance of all Client Success procedures, client feedback collection, and documentation and handling of client issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (or a similar field), MBA preferred
- 7+ years progressive management experience of an Implementation, Client Success, Client Services team
- 5+ years of start-up experience (preferably in the health tech industry)
- Demonstrated success managing software/SaaS B2B relationship
- Demonstrated understanding of health systems
- Ability to travel as needed

- Knowledge of hospital workflows and IT-focused implementation. (Medical Imaging/Cardiology a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary: $174,000-$325,000
*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees anywhere within the United States and account for geography when determining base salary.
