The Role
Are you passionate about people, eager to develop your HR skills, and highly proficient in managing data and systems? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and fast-growing biotech company, gaining hands-on experience in HR while supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for TechOps (CMC). This role will give you deep insights into HRBP responsibilities and exposure to stakeholders across different levels, from specialists to senior leaders.
You will work in close collaboration with the HRBP, playing a key role in supporting HR-related initiatives, data management, and communication. The position offers a high level of responsibility, independence, and the flexibility to shape your work schedule, including remote work options.
This is a fantastic learning opportunity for a student who is proactive, structured, and comfortable working with large datasets, HR systems, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
Your tasks could include:
Supporting HRBP in handling HR data, ensuring accuracy, and generating insights to drive decisions.
Creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize HR metrics in Excel and PowerPoint.
Keep an overview of HR projects and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Navigating HR platforms such as Workday and supporting process improvements.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities when necessary.
Assisting with various HR initiatives, from engagement surveys to talent development programs and workforce planning.
Assisting in workforce planning, organizational development, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or in the first year of a Master’s degree in for example Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with and interpret large sets of data.
Proactive, independent and structured, with the ability to keep an overview while handling multiple tasks.
Comfortable communicating with various stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Quick to learn new HR systems and digital tools.
A passion for people development and a can-do attitude.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
