Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community is currently seeking a Customer Service focused smiling face to join our Residential Living Dining Services Team!

Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday-Friday, 9:15am-4:30pm
• First half of the day is at our Sunnyside Cafe
• Second half of the day is at our General Store & Joyful Scoop Ice Cream Shop
• No weekends, Holiday rotation required

Compensation: $12.50-$14.84/hr, dependent upon experience

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Operate POS system for transactions.
• Helping to create and deliver an friendly and memorable dining experience for residents and guests.
• Learn and execute established safe food handling procedures.
• Provide assistance as directed and assigned in dietary functions and activities such as: setting up dining rooms, serving meals, cleaning tables, preparing sandwiches, condiments, desserts, garnishes, salads and beverages for meal service.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years of prior customer service experience preferred
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills are required
