You select what you would like to cook and we deliver the recipes and all the ingredients you need. </p><p>We started Marley Spoon because we love cooking and we love eating. Marley Spoon is currently operating in the US, Europe and Australia. We are currently looking for a Production Associate to help us grow Marley Spoon.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>·        You will directly work on the assembly assuring the best quality of our products and a great customer experience;</p><p>·        Responsible for ensuring that only the highest quality ingredients make it into our boxes;</p><p>·        You will unpack and sort the incoming goods and make a first quality check;</p><p>·        You provide on-time and on quality delivery of ingredients to the production line;</p><p>·        Assist with any day to day tasks as needed</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in production or assembling or picking;</li></ul><ul> <li>Experience in working with fresh food produce. This is an advantage, not a requirement;</li> <li>Ability to communicate in basic English to understand instructions, ask questions, and interact with colleagues and customers;</li> <li>Ability to read and understand written instructions, signs, and work-related documents in English;</li> <li>Must be comfortable in a cold warehouse/production environment (around 4 degrees Celsius);</li> <li>A hands-on mentality;</li> <li>An eye for detail - you work meticulously and efficiently;</li> <li>Focus on quality and creative in solving problems.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>A starting salary €13.68 including vacation allowance;</li> <li>A young, dynamic team with high ambitions;</li> <li>A monthly snack-moment and other collective activities;</li> <li>An environment where every opinion counts.<br/> </li> </ul>
