<p><br/> <span><span><b>At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. </b></span></span></p> <h2><b>Why you should join</b></h2> <p>The Global Quality Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing quality assurance and operational excellence initiatives across all manufacturing sites and global supply chain operations. This role ensures that products and processes meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.<br/> As a key leader in the organization, the Global Quality Operations Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to align quality strategies with business objectives, manage risks, and implement best practices across global operations.</p> <h2><b>Your main tasks</b></h2> <ul> <li>Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality performance across global sites. Report key performance indicators to corporate, business unit and segment on a monthly/quarterly basis.</li> <li>Manage monthly operational meetings, manage scorecard and operations presentation along with alignment to corporate objectives/reporting.</li> <li>Participate in the development and execution of an ICT global quality strategy that is aligned to ICT business objectives.</li> <li>Support Quality Management System requirements across all global sites.</li> <li>Support Internal and External audits, as required, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances.</li> <li>Support Quality Center of Excellence projects, lead and support development projects for TE globally</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Provide strategic leadership, guidance and support to regional quality managers and site quality teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with R&amp;D, supply chain, manufacturing, and other key stakeholders to address quality challenges and support new product introductions (NPIs) and development of processes.</li> <li>Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability across all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Lead/Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for major quality issues.</li> <li>Design and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills and quality knowledge of global teams, 8QB, Problem Solving and Alert Management System (AMS).</li> <li>Ensure the highest level of Ethics and Integrity in all activity.<br/>  </li> </ul> <h2><b>Your ideal background</b></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li> <li>10+ years of progressive experience in quality management, with a minimum of 5 years in a global or multi-site leadership role.</li> <li>Strong expertise in manufacturing or supply chain quality within industries such as automotive, and or electronics.</li> <li>Exceptional knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.</li> <li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in root cause analysis and CAPA.</li> <li>Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li> <li>Proficiency in quality management tools and software (e.g., SAP QMS, Minitab, Excel and PowerPoint).</li> <li>Fluent in English both written and spoken</li> <li>Culturally sensitive<br/>  </li> </ul> <h2><b>Competencies</b></h2> Managing and Measuring WorkMotivating OthersBuilding Effective TeamsValues: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, TeamworkSET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)<p><b>ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY</b><br/> TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
