De Nora is committed to developing unconventional solutions to achieve the energy transition to decarbonization, the green hydrogen economy, and clean water for everyone.</p> <p><br/>  </p> <p> </p> <p>Main tasks and responsibilities</p> <p> </p> <p>The Demand Manager will act as an ICT partner for the internal customers belonging to the business functions, to understand their needs, identifying and addressing possible technical solutions in coherence with the company standard guidelines, the ICT internal portfolio and market solution offering, and the approved budget. He/she will:</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as an ICT business partner for Finance and Controlling area, implementing SAP and other company/market solutions among countries, interfacing with internal customers to understand requirements and transforming them in ICT solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support Process Owners in maintaining/customizing the business blueprint and performing functional analysis.</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement the agreed solution on time and cost, or interface with external consultants for ensuring the solutions are implemented. Ensure IT internal tests.</p> </li> <li> <p>Define test scenarios with the key users and support them or supervise external consultants during tests. Perform or coordinate user training in collaboration with third parties when needed. </p> </li> <li> <p>Act as point of reference for help desk request. Implement/test solutions or supervise external consultants during implementation/test/delivery. Manage the change development in close liaise with the ICT Director, Line Manager and Process Owner.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support Process Owners, third parties and HR - Organization defining the best user profiles. Report possible Segregation of Duties (SoD) issues or any other conflict.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage IT audit controls, ensuring the applicable systems are in compliance with audit requirements (Sox).</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure the proper maintenance of ICT applications through De Nora Group. </p> </li> </ul> <p><br/> Education and professional experience</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in Economic Science, Engineering, Computer Science or similar. </p> </li> <li> <p>At least 3-5 years related experience as Demand Manager/Functional Analyst/Consultant within a multinational company.
