What You’ll Do In This Role:

• Work on flagship products from the Avast and Norton brands, which are used by millions of users. You will set the vision for the user experience of these products and create a collaborative space for others.

• Design detailed storyboards, user stories, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.

• Evaluate the usability of new and existing products/features and let users guide the way. Our team prioritizes user needs to guide us towards the best design solutions.

• Collaborate with teams composed of professionals from different fields. You will partner closely with the engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant and practical solutions to design challenges. Together with stakeholders, you will solve problems and come up with solutions that delight our users.

• Be self-sufficient. Take full ownership of your work and responsibility for every detail, from idea to final design deliverable.

What You'll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

• At least 4 years of experience designing at consumer-focused tech companies.

• Communication skills can aid in establishing frameworks, brainstorming initial design concepts, and bringing new ideas to life across different teams.

• Adopting a design approach that prioritizes the needs of the user and being receptive to feedback from sources such as user research and A/B testing.

• Ability to work in Figma / Miro to define strategies, wireframes, flow charts, and hi-fidelity 
  design.

• Own an online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us. A link to your online portfolio, or a 
  PDF, is required.
