In this role, you will report to the Sr. Counsel and work with attorneys on the litigation team. You will perform highly advanced and specialized legal assistant work. Work involves researching, drafting legal documents, and assisting attorneys with case management. Work independently with minimal supervision.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Act in a confidential capacity to all Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Know and understand federal, state, and local rules and ensure they are followed for each case.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Utilize CM/ECF to electronically file documents in federal and state courts.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Prepare templates for complaints, motions, briefs, petitions, and other legal documents.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Create tables of contents and tables of authorities for briefs and other legal documents.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span s
