PRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage multiple Legal Spend Group clients’ programs on Legal-X and/or Legal eXchange; to maintain client relationships; monitor procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction and retention; and to ensure consistency in service delivery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs contract renewal for assigned accounts.
- Coordinates renewal pricing; prepares and distributes stewardship and other reports.
- Educates the client on best practices for bill review audit and program setup. Acts as product expert for client and coordinates activities with Expert Bill Review team.
- Coordinates project activity. Acts as primary client contact with focus on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Identifies issues that impact customer satisfaction.
- Identifies and solicits cross selling and expansion opportunities.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
- Travel as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include three (3) years legal and/or claims adjuster experience.
Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of customer service and one of the following: workers compensation, liability claims management, or insurance litigation
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- Ability to understand and discuss client needs and manage client expectations
- Technical skills for gaining in-depth product knowledge, including self-directed learning
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle conflict and confront challenging issues in a fast work environment
