  • Assist with the development of sales materials, proposals, and client-facing presentations

  • Help maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline through CRM tools and regular reporting

  • Act as a liaison between sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction

  • Build fluency in NIQs data, tools, and measurement offerings and how they map to the agency planning and buying workflow

  • Stay current with industry trends in digital media, programmatic buying, and data activation

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience working at a media agency in a programmatic trader, data onboarder, or media buying role

  • Strong understanding of media planning and buying processes, audience data, and digital ad operations

  • Interest in transitioning into a client-facing sales or full-cycle business development role

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a consultative approach

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience using DSPs, onboarding platforms, or audience tools is a strong plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
