Accounts Receivable & Collection Specialist

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual, experienced in AR & Collections, who is interested in joining an industry-leading construction company.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Contact customers for payment resolution – provide additional documentation as needed.
• Resolve payment discrepancies.
• Work with project managers to resolve quantity differences.
• Maintain accounts and update internal records accordingly.
• Update payments received in accounting system.
• Provide monthly reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). 
• Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
• Strong communicator, both by email and over the phone.
• Detail-oriented and accurate work style.

Education & Experience

• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Several years of AR and Cash Collections experience.

Pre-Screen

• Upon offer, employees will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.

License & Certifications:

• Driver's License preferred but not required.
