If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst - Mobile Banking Applications to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for a mobile banking application.

• Prepare and maintain technical analysis in Confluence to support frontend and backend development

• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the backlog

• Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and propose solutions

• Model business processes (as-is / to-be) and identify improvement opportunities

• Ensure requirements are correctly implemented throughout development and testing

• Collaborate with QA teams during test planning, execution, and UAT

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Stand-ups)

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for a mobile banking application.

• Prepare and maintain technical analysis in Confluence to support frontend and backend development

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in banking, fintech, or digital products)

• Experience with mobile or digital applications

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Good understanding of UX principles

• Proficiency in English
