Clinical Coordination Application and Onboarding Specialist

LC State invites applications for the position of Clinical Coordination Application and Onboarding Specialist.

Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $49,743.

Degree Required: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and to develop strong partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Experience working with student clinical placement systems or similar onboarding verification processes.
• Experience working in a higher education and/or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with nursing and allied health program application processes.
• Manage existing clinical affiliation agreements.
• Develop and coordinate clinical schedules/rotations for healthcare education programs in collaboration with program faculty/leads.
• Facilitate student onboarding to clinical sites
• Contact and collaboration with clinical agencies
• Development of new clinical sites and affiliation agreements
• Track clinical requirements and onboarding data for assessment processes
• Administrative support for allied health programs
• Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.
• Other duties assigned.
