As a founding team member at our flagship River North campus, you’ll help shape a school that’s unlike any other. We combine early childhood approaches from around the world, including the creativity of Reggio Emilia, the independence of Montessori, and the innovation of modern educational research, to create joyful, meaningful learning experiences for every child.

This is more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to build something from the ground up, make a lasting impact on children and families, and grow alongside a passionate, international team of educators. Join us as we bring our globally inspired model to life in one of Chicago’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
