Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician ( Electromechanical ) is responsible for maintaining , troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing the integrated electromechanical systems that power the structural steel fabrication and secondary components manufacturing operations. This position supports the reliability and performance of advanced manufacturing equipment by diagnosing and resolving issues involving mechanical components, industrial electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, sensors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automated production controls.
Working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment, the Electromechanical Maintenance Technician performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical production assets , i ncluding CNC machinery, robotic welding systems, automated material handling equipment, overhead cranes, and production support systems , to maximize equipment uptime, improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
