Marketing Assistant: Highland Management Group

Position: Part-time, 15 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: $18 - $20 per hour

As a part-time Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting Highland Management’s Marketing Manager with various tasks aimed at enhancing our brand presence and engagement. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of marketing principles and be able to execute a variety of marketing tasks efficiently and effectively. This is a Monday – Friday part-time in-person position offering up to 15 hours per week. A regular work schedule will be set upon hire. For example, you could work every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 11 am – 4 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide support to the Marketing Manager

· Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

· Fill marketing order requests

· Conduct research and analyze data to support marketing initiatives

· Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining databases and organizing files

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Understanding of marketing principles and best practices

· Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
