WHO we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Data Scientist/Software Engineer with a blend of data science and software engineering experience, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project requirements.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare data for analysis by cleaning, filtering, and transforming it. Engineer features to enhance model performance.
  • Choose suitable machine learning algorithms and evaluate model performance using relevant metrics.
  • Create visualizations to represent data effectively for various stakeholders. Communicate insights derived from data analysis and ML models.
  • Deploy ML models in production environments. Manage model hyperparameters, training, retraining, version tracking, and governance.
  • Collaborate with teams and document the ML pipeline, including data sources, feature engineering, and model selection.
  • Stay updated with the latest ML advancements and engage in self-learning and research activities.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or similar technical field w/4+ years' experience or Master's Degree in computer science or similar technical field w/1+ years' experience.
  • Experience encompassing the following areas:
  • Experienced software engineer in full lifecycle software development (from requirements phase to production deployment).
  • Seasoned Data Sci
