Lead the design and implementation of Workday HCM projects involving end-to-end technical system integration with client Workday systems and third-party applications. Coordinate testing and implementation of technical and software updates to Workday HCM platform. Assess, strategize and manage new Workday feature releases and future functionality in partnership with HR customers drive new feature development and integration. Participate in full Workday Lifecycle deployment for Workday HCM, including system strategy design, business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, and feature testing. Lead Workday technical projects across additional modules including Prism, Adaptive, Extend, APIs and RAAS by implementing new solutions based on internal/external business requirements. Provide guidance and support to integration developers concerning design, development, implementation and maintenance of Workday integrations with external benefit providers. Educate business users on system changes being implemented and contribute to development of new processes and procedures for service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related computational field and two (2) years of experience (with Master’s) or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience (with Bachelor’s) in IT business systems management.

• Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience in/with: end-to-end Workday HCM system management; leading end-to-end systems integration solutions for Workday HCM systems and connected external enterprise systems; deploying business process updates using Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio tools; Workday Security modules to maintain and update company security policies; implementing standard processes and controls to maintain data integrity across HR systems; troubleshooting data and IT system processing issues; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in an enterprise environment.

• Salary: $155,542 - $201,000/year, 40 hours/week.

• May work full-time remote from anywhere in the U.S.
