Per Diem Positions at Ampla Health

• This is an unbenefited position that includes a 10% incentive on hourly wage. 

Ampla Health is seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support our dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves performing clinical duties under general and direct supervision, in accordance with California dental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with exams, charting, and basic dental procedures
• Perform coronal polishing and sealant placement (if certified)
• Place and remove temporary dressings, post-op dressings, and periodontal packs
• Take x-rays, perform pulp testing, and size crowns/bands
• Maintain patient comfort and support dental providers chairside
• Travel to other clinic locations as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid California RDA license
• Current CPR and X-ray certification
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• High manual dexterity and physical stamina for clinical tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
