<h2 id="about-the-job"><strong>About the Job</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its customer service strategies.</p> <p>In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring that the customers get the maximum profit from working with our portfolio company and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.</p> <p>Join our portfolio company: A German ConTech company focused on reinventing building material procurement processes to overcome supply chain issues. The well-funded startup is led by experienced founders on a mission to uncover the untapped potential of global sourcing.</p> <h2 id="in-this-role-youll"><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Be responsible for renewing and expanding the product through the customers, ensuring they get the maximum benefit from working with the company</li> <li>Develop a comprehensive understanding of the typical business challenges faced by customers, aligning the features and business advantages to their needs</li> <li>Always be one step ahead, identifying risks for customers and proactively addressing them with a mitigation plan</li> <li>Strive for full utilisation of customer orders, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth and increase presence</li> <li>Network between customers and departments, maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders to advance the strategic direction of the company’s development</li> </ul> <h2 id="your-profile"><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Familiar with B2B customer development - ideally in the customer success field - and tracking all customer needs</li> <li>Used to working in a fast-paced, international environment and can manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously</li> <li>Have experience with (CRM/CSM) tools (e.g., Salesforce), (optional) accounting tools (e.g. DATEV), and (optional) logistics tools (e.g. TMS/TNT)</li> <li>Optional: Have already gained experience in project management</li> <li>Completed your studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience</li> <li>Fluent in German, and English as an addition, French skills are a plus</li> </ul> <p>Please note that we’re looking for support in the <strong>Berlin</strong> office of our portfolio company.
