Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community? North Shore Community Health (NSCH) is seeking a friendly and dedicated Patient Navigation Supervisor to join our team, primarily based in Gloucester, Massachusetts, while supporting all NSCH locations! In this role, you'll lead our Patient Access Navigators and the Telehealth Navigator, guiding them as they assist community members in navigating the healthcare system. You’ll play a key part in making sure everyone has access to the care they need.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll work alongside your team, help coordinate fun community events, and ensure patients enroll in important health insurance programs. As North Shore’s lead Certified Application Counselor, you’ll help patients navigate the complexities of the health insurance system in Massachusetts.
