We’re currently hiring Entry-Level Water Mitigation Technicians – no experience required!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in water removal, structural drying, and cleaning processes.
  
  
• Set up drying equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers.
  
  
• Perform demolition of water-damaged materials as needed.
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and work areas.
  
  
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with teammates and customers.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  
  
• Ability to work on your feet and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
  
  
• Availability for some after-hours and weekend work (on-call rotation).
  
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred.
