In return, we offer you an attractive, innovative, friendly and fast-paced work environment where you can reach your full potential, achieve your goals, and your successes are celebrated.</p><p><strong>About the position </strong></p><ul><li>Design and implement data science and machine learning capabilities to bring value to our users and solve business challenges</li><li>Work on mining and analysing huge sets of data to support our teams with making better data informed decision and optimize our processes across the company</li><li>Own and further develop our in-house models in many different areas such as inventory classification, search engine optimisation, recommendations or fraud detections</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in building data science models using ML and DL libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers, PySpark)</li><li>3+ years of experience data mining with large volumes of data</li><li>Strong programming skills (Python)</li><li>Strong SQL and data modeling skills</li><li>Experience with ML models lifecycle management to expose models into production environments (deployment, retraining)</li><li>Experience with MLOps tools (e.g. MLFlow, Google Vertex AI) is a big plus</li><li>Ability to work well across different teams and to deal with ambiguity</li><li>Attention to detail in complex environments</li><li>Strong dedication to drive change with a positive can-do attitude</li><li>Capable of investigating, familiarizing and mastering new data sets quickly</li><li>Ability to clearly explain complex topics to technical as well as non-technical audiences</li><li>Proactive approach to learn and find solutions outside direct area of competence</li><li>Fluency in English both written and verbal, German is a plus</li><li>Eager to keep up to date and leverage latest ML technologies in a broad and challenging business environment</li></ul><p><strong>Love the sunshine and the tech vibes of Sophia-Antipolis?
