About the role
Purpose of Position
The Product Delivery Director, ERP is a critical role within the Finance department. This role is responsible for developing and executing the implementation plan for the ERP. This position will supervise the related business processes and change management activities associated with the ERP implementation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee business aspects of development and implementation of global ERP solution.
- Shared responsibility to ensure the ERP implementation occurs on time and within budget
- Lead use case creation, testing and business readiness activities related to the ERP implementation
- Lead and support the execution of change management and engaging the wider organization in designing, developing, and facilitating the training requirements related to ERP implementation
- Responsible for supporting and mentoring the ERP implementation team
- Coordinates and/or resolves business software problems directly with business and IT teams
- Responsible for development and execution of standardized global business processes across the organization and ensuring that they are maintained and adhered to consistently
- Ensure a smooth transition post ERP go-live and ramp-up phase

- Prior ERP implementation experience, preferably in a leading role
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak to technical-level staff and develop written reporting and presentational content with level-appropriate messaging up to and including the senior executive level
- Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated track record of program management principles, practices and techniques
- Possesses a strong understanding of best practices for finance and procurement activities
- Ability to lead and direct ERP core team members in line with the goals of the ERP program
- Encourages and facilitates cooperation, collaboration and results from team
- Experience and comfortable in working in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Strong adaptability, communication, organization and analytical skills
