Job Description
As an intern with the L&D and International Assignment team, you will support with training administration, staff welfare, and expatriate matters.
Responsibilities
Assist in training administration (including registration of courses, sending course confirmation emails, updating training records, arranging payments, and following-up on certs / course evaluations)
Monitor Corporate Pass bot process and manual issue Corporate Passes when needed
Upload of special offers on the intranet
Arrange for wreaths / get-well gifts
Onboarding and offboarding of temp staff
Perform any other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and deliver work on time
Detail-oriented and meticulous
